The 20456550/20467442/21484901 VOLVO FH12 front frame bracket combines forged S355J2 steel with hot-dip galvanization. Designed for FH/FM series trucks across 1993-2021 model years, this structural component features reinforced rib design and impact absorption geometry.
Utilizes high-frequency induction hardening achieving HRC 45-50 surface hardness. The triple-coating system ensures 10-year corrosion protection in road de-icing environments, compatible with snowplow configurations and construction site vehicles.
