Dual M12x1.5 and M14x1.5 threaded ports enable multi-circuit pressure management across DAF XF 2027+ and LF SpaceCab platforms. Precision-machined helical gears maintain 28MPa operational stability through 500,000+ duty cycles. Hardened chromium piston rods achieve ≤1.2μm surface roughness under ISO 1219-2:2025 specifications. Integrated pressure relief valves prevent system overload during -25°C to +135°C thermal transients. Multi-stage 10μm filtration with automatic bypass meets ISO 4406:2023 Class 14/12/9 standards.
