1840460 Peterbilt EGT Sensor | ISO 16750-4 & SAE J1939-Certified Multi-OE Thermocouple for Aftertreatment Systems
CLASS 8 TRUCK THERMAL REGULATION 1840460 Peterbilt EGT Sensor SOLUTION
Engineered as direct replacement for 1840460 Peterbilt EGT Sensor and Dorman 904-7636, this aftertreatment thermal monitor features quad-shielded thermocouples calibrated for PACCAR MX-13 engines. The Incoloy 825 sheath withstands continuous 800°C exposure in DOC/SCR systems. Gold-plated terminals ensure signal integrity across heavy-duty duty cycles.
Precision-machined M16x1.5 thread matches exhaust pipe specifications. Zirconia-toughened insulation provides thermal gradient resistance during active DPF regeneration. Strain-relief conduit prevents harness damage in T680/W900 applications.
