Engineered for Volvo D13K/D16K engines with EU Stage V compliance. The 20497219 Volvo EGT Sensor features hot-forged Inconel 625 probe with M20x1.5 tapered thread. Certified for combined SCR+EGR systems per ISO 16750-5 specifications. Plasma electrolytic oxidation coating ensures sulfuric acid resistance during cold-start cycles.
Equipped with quadruple-layer shielding against electromagnetic interference. Laser-etched thermocouples maintain ±1% measurement accuracy across -50°C to 950°C. DIN 72551 connectors provide vibration-proof connectivity in heavy-duty applications.
