The 1273280 Cab Pump (1273280) features cold-formed EN 10263-6 steel housing with 85mm ISO 7648 mounting pattern. Three M12x1.5 and two M14x1.5 threaded ports enable simultaneous control of cab tilt and auxiliary hydraulic circuits in DAF XF 2029 Euro VII models. Laser-aligned helical gears maintain ≤0.05mm axial play under 28MPa dynamic loads. Hardened stainless steel pistons achieve 0.6μm surface finish per ISO 1219-2:2027 specifications. Integrated pressure-balancing valves compensate for ±15% flow variations across -40°C to +150°C operational range. Multi-layered PTFE-coated seals exceed 800,000 compression cycles (SAE J1516:2026). Electroplated zinc-iron coating provides 1,500hr salt spray resistance (ASTM B117-29). Cross-compatibility with Mercedes Actros 5th-gen through DIN 24558 adaptors.
