The 1346200 Cabin Cylinder (1308300, 1346200A, 1308300R) utilizes induction-hardened 42CrMo4 steel rods with 525mm±0.3mm stroke repeatability. Dual-port M12x1.5 and M14x1.5 threading enables seamless integration with DIN 3852-A hydraulic systems. Plasma-nitrided piston surfaces maintain ≤0.6μm Ra roughness under 25MPa dynamic loads. Reinforced gland assemblies withstand 22kN side forces in DAF XG 530 cab configurations. Triple-lip PTFE seals (ISO 5597 compliant) achieve <0.25mL/hr leakage rates through 800,000+ compression cycles. Zinc-nickel electroplating provides 2,000hr corrosion protection (ASTM B633 Class Fe/Zn 25). Direct interchange with MAN TGX 680 tilt mechanisms via SAE J1942 adapters. Extended 860mm mounting centers support Euro-VI chassis retrofits.
