The 1450903 Cab Pump (1450903, 1382283, 1914283) utilizes hot-forged 42CrMo4 steel construction with 95mm ISO 7648-3 mounting configuration. Dual M12x1.5 and single M14x1.5 threaded ports manage simultaneous cab tilt and stabilizer functions across DAF XG+ 2030 and XD ProSpace platforms. CNC-machined helical gears maintain ≤0.03mm radial deviation under 28MPa dynamic loads. Case-hardened 20MnCr5 alloy pistons achieve 0.5μm surface finish per ISO 1219-2:2028 specifications. Integrated pressure-compensation valves regulate ±12% flow variance from -35°C to +145°C. Multi-stage FKM seals withstand 950,000 compression cycles (SAE J1516:2027).
