The aerospace-grade aluminum housing withstands 2000+ thermal cycles while maintaining precise alignment with 2655850 mounting brackets. IP69K-rated seals prevent moisture ingress, addressing "condensation issues in Nordic climates" and "vibration-induced connector failures".

Technical Specifications

Manufactured using injection-molded Makrolon® AL2247 polycarbonate, each unit undergoes 360° UV-resistant coating treatment. The precision-engineered reflector optics achieve 2200lm output at 6500K color temperature. Plug-and-play connectors ensure compatibility with 2655852 wiring harnesses and 2655854 control modules. Six-point vibration dampers maintain structural integrity across 7.5G vibration environments, while the thermal management system prevents LED degradation in -40°C to 85°C operating ranges.
