1891671 Scania Corner Grille Protector with complementary OE 1891672 designed for Scania EU trucks (1996 model year onward) employs high-density polyethylene reinforced with glass fiber matrix. Features injection-molded mounting points maintaining 0.8mm dimensional precision for factory-grade alignment. Integrated impact-dispersing ribs and UV-stabilized surface texture.
Engineered with variable wall thickness (3-8mm gradient) optimized for stone chip resistance. Includes pre-installed fastener anchors compatible with M6-M8 hardware. Packaged in anti-static PE sleeves with corner protectors for transit safety.
