Heritage-grade headlight frame 1088871/1088870 designed for Volvo F10/F12/F16 trucks (1975-1994). Cold-formed from 1.2mm galvanized steel using deep-draw stamping technology, achieving ±0.15mm dimensional accuracy. Triple-layer corrosion protection includes electro-zinc plating and epoxy primer matching original 0.697kg weight specification.

Features laser-cut adjustment slots compatible with 7-inch sealed beam and H4 halogen units. Hemmed flange design ensures water drainage while maintaining structural rigidity. Precision-threaded M6x1.0 holes allow tool-free alignment during installation.
