The 1619664 VOLVO FH16 rear upper pillar employs high-strength HX420LAD steel with zinc-nickel coating. Designed for FM/FH/NH series trucks spanning 1993-2021 production years, this structural component integrates multi-stage stamping and robot welding.

Features hem-flange construction maintaining ROPS/FOPS compliance. The three-coat pretreatment ensures corrosion resistance in industrial environments, compatible with sleeper cabs and day cab configurations.
